Ida Stanley, Founder and CEO
Concierges Connection was founded by Ida Stanley who currently is the owner of two businesses NorthCoast Concierge and the Concierges Connection. Ida founded North Coast Concierge in 2004 after recognizing a need in the local marketplace. Soon after, Ms. Stanley founded Concierges Connection in 2006 upon determining the need for a better way for a small concierge to fulfill requests nationally. Her passion is how to grow Concierges Connection into a nationally-recognized firm that will assist entrepreneurs to become successful as well. Her goal is to utilize her experience as a small concierge business owner to help others deal with the sometimes-overwhelming prospect of starting a new business and overcoming their small business hurdles.
Michael Cox, Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Mr. Cox comes to Concierges Connection with a strong background in selling loyalty programs to major corporations. He is the founder of Loyalty Curve Consulting, a firm that builds and enhances loyalty programs for leading companies. Established in January 2004, Loyalty Curve has clients that are either buyers or sellers of loyalty services like concierge and roadside assistance programs. As a small and nimble company, Loyalty Curve helps these companies build loyalty and enter new markets quickly, professionally, and cost effectively. Prior to founding Loyalty Curve, Mr. Cox was the Director of Customer Loyalty for Circles, the industry’s largest concierge provider. As the 20th employee hired, he was responsible for designing and managing successful private-labeled concierge programs for some of the world’s leading companies including BMW, British Airways, Fleet Bank, Merrill Lynch, Prudential Financial, and others. At CC he will package and provide his unique set of skills and expertise to CC affiliates in order to help them become more successful sales people and business owners overall.
Corrine M. Beller, Advisor
Ms. Beller is a Principal in her own consulting firm, consulting to clients on strategic, marketing, sales, operations, human resource and other issues. Her recent projects include recommending specific market diversification steps to a privately held firm in the health care industry to prepare it for a future sale; identifying and implementing improved sales methods for a health care services company that enabled them to generate an additional $6 MM revenue and profit on an annual base of $150 MM. She has 20 years of in-depth experience in the cable television industry in marketing, sales and general management positions at various companies including Viacom and Comcast, building cable systems in the Cleveland, Orlando and Philadelphia. At CTAM, a major industry trade organization, she was instrumental in turning around the organization by maximizing the membership, sponsorship opportunities and event revenue streams. Ms. Beller founded and managed a highly profitable retained executive search firm that specialized in cable, telecommunications and entertainment. Ms. Beller is also an expert in the franchise industry. She holds a B.A. in Economics from Northeastern University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
